Dr Abolade ‘Bola’ Abisogun OBE is the founder & CEO of AI-QS which was established in 2003 and remains an RICS Tech Partner. AI-QS is a ‘DTaaS’ _ (digital-twin-as-a-service) helping clients to design, create and maintain 5D digital twins, for insurance purposes. A Fellow of the RICS and member of the CIOB, he’s driven by his ‘global’ initiative #PQS2030, aiming to use digital twin technology in professional ‘cost management’ services. He is a leading voice and figure in digital construction and diversity, having created the ‘not-for-profit’ Digital Twin Skills Academy ‘DTSA’, where he remains President, along with a targeted focus on Young People, from under-privileged and underserved communities. In his role as Chairman of DiverseCity Surveyors, he has championed cultural change through public policy and proffered APC support, since 2005. His extensive roles, include participation at the University of Cambridge, Centre for Digital Built Britain (Gemini Council) and the City of London Corporation: Skills for a Sustainable Skyline Taskforce. In 2024, he was invited to join the prestigious group of nima Ambassadors and was also voted into the ‘Top 100 African Entrepreneurs’ in the UK. In 2026, he was listed in the Top 100 Built List and specifically the Top 20 ‘most influential voices’ across the UK in Digitalisation and Digital Transformation. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member and was elected Chairman of the Black Business Association at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry; all of which shows his commitment to shaping the future of (UK) ‘digital’ construction. In November 2022, he was elected as the RICS Champion on the Digital Forum and remains the first-ever Chair of African descent, to lead on the Construction Industry Council’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Through the DTSA, he continues to ensure that Young People, maintain access and pastoral support, on their journey into the sector. Awarded an OBE by the late HMQEII in 2019 for ‘Services to diversity and to young people in the construction industry’, and the recipient of two honorary degrees; Dr Abisogun is a pioneering and influential industry leader.
Rob leads Trilogy’s development team, with over 25 years working in real estate. Prior to joining the team, he worked at Derwent London, Hammerson, Cain International and Muse, where he focused on development and investment led opportunities. He has gained considerable experience on leading major mixed-use schemes from planning to completion, most recently The Stage, a 2.5-acre development in Shoreditch, comprising two office buildings, 412 homes, alongside retail, restaurant spaces and the preservation of the Shakespearean Curtain playhouse theatre.
Peter is a surveyor-turned-journalist who edited Building magazine for six years in the Nineties then edited Estates Gazette for 11 years, until 2009. Today he writes a weekly column for EG. Peter spent the prior 20 years working in construction in the UK and Africa, including a decade with George Wimpey. For seven years Peter wrote a weekly ‘On Property’ page for the Evening Standard. Peter is the author of Planet Property. His latest book, Broken Homes; Britain’s Housing Crisis; Faults Factoids and Fixes is co-written with regeneration expert, Jackie Sadek.
Chris is a Design Director with over 15 years of experience, contributing strategic expertise across AKT II’s global portfolio. His work spans heritage regeneration, including the Europa Nostra award winning restoration of Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, the retrofit of London’s New Zealand House, as well as international high-profile new-builds such as the Ismaili Centre in Houston. He champions reuse and a ‘first principles’ approach to pushing the boundaries beyond a codified approach, as well as working with experimental materials to unlock new sustainable solutions. His portfolio includes major projects in the United Kingdom, such as the Maggie’s Centre in Leeds and the forthcoming Cambridge House hotel on Piccadilly, alongside international landmarks like the Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi and the Central Bank of Iraq.

Kay Hughes is the former Design Director at HS2, where she led a multidisciplinary team to deliver the project's Design Vision. With extensive experience in architecture, urban design, placemaking, and infrastructure, she has held senior roles at the London 2012 Olympics, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and Sport England. Kay has chaired numerous design review panels and is a member of the NIC CamOx competition winning VeloCity placemaking team. She also serves as a Board Member of the Major Project Association. Passionate about the role of design in infrastructure, Kay believes in its potential to achieve social, economic, and environmental benefits. She studied Architecture and later in her career Infrastructure, Investment, and Finance at UCL.

She has extensive experience in residential-led urban regeneration. Flan McNamara is a seasoned construction director with extensive experience overseeing major development schemes in the UK capital. He previously led the construction of Renzo Piano's iconic Shard tower for Sellar. After stints troubleshooting projects like Manchester's Factory arts complex, McNamara has rejoined Sellar to spearhead upcoming schemes including the controversial Liverpool Street station redevelopment plan. His well-rounded background working for top developers and contractors like Multiplex and ISG makes him an accomplished authority in the industry.
Kamran Moazami is Executive Design Principal of WSP UK’s Property & Buildings business and is a member of the UK Leadership Team. Kamran has over 40 years of international experience in the USA, Middle East, China, and the UK. Kamran is responsible for the overall performance of this multidisciplinary SBU, setting business budget, strategic goals technical excellence, innovation and identifying areas of future growth. Kamran opened the London office in 1989 and together with other directors has created one of the most successful and dynamic consultancy services in the UK responsible for iconic projects including The Shard, 22 Bishopsgate, and One Blackfriars. Kamran has been responsible for the design to completion of over 30 million square foot of building projects across the globe, many with innovative engineering solutions. He has authored and co-authored several engineering articles and was the winner of the 2013 IABSE Milne Medal. In January 2025, he won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) awards. Kamran received his BSCE and MSCE from Columbia University New York and gained his professional engineering license in New York. He is a Fellow of both the American Society of Civil Engineering and The Institution of Structural Engineers.
Ceri Moyers is Co-Founder and Director of The Circle Partnership, the leading talent development organisation for mid-level women in the build environment. The Circle Partnership is taking practical action to change the culture, composition and capability of the built environment through raising awareness of issues relating to gender diversity, improving mid-level female talent retention, and increasing gender diversity at senior leadership level. Through its award-winning annual Circle Academy programme, The Circle Partnership is giving mid-level women the confidence, capabilities and connections they need to stay and thrive in their roles. Ceri has spent all of her career in construction and real estate, with experience across corporate communications, client relations, coaching and organisational development. She is passionate about both the need and opportunity for change that exists via a more gender diverse workforce, and inspired by the role that The Circle Partnership is playing in enabling this. Ceri qualified as a professional coach in 2014 with the internationally recognised Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Robin Nicholson CBE is a Fellow of Cullinan Studio, which he joined in 1979. He is Convenor of The Edge, the multi-disciplinary think-tank for the built and natural environment and chairs the Cambridgeshire Quality Panel. Previously he was a Vice-President of the RIBA (1992-94), Chairman of the Construction Industry Council (1998-2000), a founder member of the Movement for Innovation Board (1998-2001), a CABE Commissioner (2002-10) and a Non-Executive Director of the NHBC (2007-14).

Iain co-founded alinea in 2013 and following the merger with Turner & Townsend in 2023 he took the position of Head of London Cost Management for Turner & Townsend alinea, who are currently 400-strong operating across multiple sectors on some of the most prestigious and complex schemes in London. In his 37-year career, Iain has led an impressive portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, but over the last 20 years has been at the forefront of the commercial and mixed-use markets delivering some of London’s most prominent schemes. Iain’s vast experience allows him to play a critical role in ensuring that projects are set up to succeed, and one of his key strengths is in recognising how this needs to occur within the many various project environments that can exist. Iain is a team player, and his expertise is founded upon almost 40 years in the industry working with an impressive list of UK and international clients across small schemes, large complex projects and also global HQ buildings for large owner occupier organisations, both in the UK and overseas. Iain is an active member of various industry bodies, a regular speaker at events and has published many insightful commentary pieces.
Mike leads a portfolio of global campaigns that are designed to secure climate commitment and action from the world’s most influential companies: from driving action towards zero carbon grids (RE100, Smart Energy Coalition, and the 24/7 Carbon-Free Coalition), to growing demand for electric vehicles (EV100) and low carbon materials (SteelZero and ConcreteZero). Mike is a Director of ResponsibleSteel where he chairs the Finance and Risk Committee, and also co-lead of the We Mean Business coalition’s Electric Advantage programme. Mike has worked with companies across the world on climate and sustainability issues since 1998, spending more than a decade at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), including as Director of Executive Programmes and Director of Strategy & Communications. Before joining CISL, he was Chief Operating Officer of AccountAbility where he led the development of the AA1000 framework for sustainability accounting and reporting. Mike started his career as a business consultant for the COBA Group, following studies in politics, philosophy and economics at the University of Oxford, and international relations at the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University.

Our procurement frameworks manage over 2,300 live projects with a combined buying power of £25bn. I serve as a Trustee and Board Director of the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), Board Director at Build UK, and Industry Chair of the Construction Leadership Council. With these roles, I am passionate about advocating for change within the built environment through engagement with local and central government. My career began as a YTS apprentice, followed by two decades in Local Government across construction operations, strategic planning, and procurement. I later led the creation of an arms-length management organisation in the housing sector and spent 8 years representing the UK in the European Union on procurement and local enterprise.
Lucinda is a specialist construction solicitor and partner, at top tier firm Fenwick Elliott LLP. Focusing on the strategic avoidance, management and resolution of disputes throughout the life cycle of construction projects, Lucinda manages cases through litigation in the Technology & Construction Court, adjudication, mediation, and other forms of ADR, and provides “behind the scenes” support, including contract administration, claims preparation and negotiations. Working with employers, main contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers, Lucinda has helped resolve disputes arising from public sector building projects (e.g. roads and prisons), commercial developments including hotels and office fits outs, residential properties including tall towers, and process engineering facilities including energy from waste facilities and concrete plants. Issues at stake have ranged from contract formation, payment, delay, defects, building safety and termination, and the contract forms have included JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE, as well as bespoke forms and the consultancy appointments and security documents sitting alongside them. Having worked in-house as construction and litigation counsel for a manufacturing and engineering business, Lucinda is particularly alive to the commercial context within which her clients operate and now leads Fenwick Elliott’s forum for in-house construction counsel. Lucinda has an MSc in Construction Law & Practice and often delivers bespoke training and webinars on various construction law issues.

Jo is the Managing Director of global infrastructure consultancy AECOM’s Buildings and Places business for Europe and India. She has responsibility for the delivery of the major portfolio of buildings and masterplans it delivers across the region. Jo graduated in engineering from King’s College London and is a chartered engineer and qualified project manager. She has over 35 years of project delivery experience in engineering and construction. The first part of her career was spent at the BBC, where she was notably programme manager for the restoration and expansion of the BBC’s flagship headquarters Broadcasting House in central London. As a former board member of the Association for Consultancy in Engineering, Jo sits on the Royal Opera House’s Estates and Finance & Risk committees.
Lynne Sullivan OBE is an Architect, now a design consultant and Visiting Professor, and is a Design Advisor for local and national Design Review Panels, the Design Council and RIBA Competitions. She co-founded and Chairs the National Retrofit Hub, and is buildings lead for the CLC Green Construction Board. She Chairs the Architecture Commission for the Government of Jersey and is a Board member of several leading industry organisations. Previously she chaired the Good Homes Alliance and RIBA’s Sustainable Futures Committee.
Gary Sullivan is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Wilson James Ltd, the UK's leading provider of integrated logistics for construction. He has long been an advocate in the use of logistics to improve construction productivity. He is the Author of 'Managing Construction Logistics' and 'To Serve The Future Hour'. He has been involved in the building of Terminal 5, the Olympic Village, the Nightingale Hospital and Hinkley Point C. He is the former Commander of the Army's Engineer and Logistics Staff Corps, he has been Chair of a few Government Quango's and owns a World War Two Bren Gun Carrier. Gary is dedicated to improving construction through greater efficiency in the disciplines of logistics and supply chain management. In 2012, Gary was awarded an OBE for his services to regeneration.
Trudi is an advocate for the adoption of industrialised construction to unlock better outcomes from our built environment. She has previously worked across a broad range of industries, but with a common theme of tackling challenges and supporting transformation. Bringing this insight to construction, she was integral to the establishment and running of the Construction Innovation Hub - a collaboration between government and industry focused on developing tools and approaches that enable improved productivity, performance, and resilience. Trudi oversaw the production of the Product Platform Rulebook; contributed to MMC related content in The Construction Playbook and TIP Roadmap; was part of the Steering Group for PAS8700:2025 – Modern methods of construction for new build residential properties; and sits on the Industrialised Construction Advisory Board. With a particular interest in the use of MMC to address the housing crisis, she has recently been appointed as Co-Chair of the Building Better: Community of Practice, a learning partnership committed to driving systemic change in how we deliver social and affordable housing.
With more than 15 years’ experience as an architect, Sianann specialises in science, technology and laboratory planning, working across the science, healthcare and higher-education sectors. She has led the design of complex, highly serviced environments that support research, teaching and clinical activity. Sianann is passionate about collaborative design and believes the strongest outcomes come from curiosity, rigorous questioning and close engagement with clients and stakeholders. Her work brings together technical expertise, strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to deliver environments that enable discovery and support the long-term goals of the organisations she works with. Sianann is an Associate Principal at Perkins&Will, an interdisciplinary, research-based architecture and design firm known for delivering high-performance, human-centred environments that combine innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence.
