Building’s Personality of the Year goes to an individual who is able to inspire the industry through strength of character, and who is respected for their passion and drive, as well as business success. This award is by nomination only- and it’s free to nominate.
You might want to nominate a colleague, a boss – or someone at a client or supplier who’s really made an impact.
To have your nomination considered by our judges, we need up to 500 words as to why that person should win. Include their name, job title and company, as well as information on what makes them fit the bill for such an accolade.
For the fourth year, this award is set to recognise and reward genuine excellence amongst construction’s business leaders.
We will invite the heads of the top 100 construction companies in the UK, as listed in Building’s annual league tables, to nominate the CEO whose performance they had most admired over the past year – whether a contractor, housebuilder, consultant, developer, architect or manufacturer.
In making the nominations for this award, vision, business strategy, financial performance, and contribution to the wider industry and built environment may all be taken into consideration.
